Justice. Kindness. Worship.
God loves everyone.
Whatever your race, culture, ethnicity, age, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, physical or mental ability, socioeconomic position, or family status, we invite you to join us in this lifelong journey of faith and discovery.
We are committed to anti-racism, social and economic justice, and caring for our beautiful and fragile world.
Here at Messiah the door is open, the table is set.
Welcome.
-
Worship
Worship services are at 10am every Sunday morning in the Sanctuary at Messiah. All are welcome as we connect to worship, learn, and grow together in community.
-
Reconciling In Christ
The Reconciling in Christ (RIC) designation is a public way for faith communities in the ELCA to see, name, celebrate, and advocate for people of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions in the Lutheran church.
-
Service
Following the example of Jesus, we believe that we are called to serve our community and each other in ways they truly make a difference in our world.
-
Kids & Families
Our Sunday morning gathering times are intentionally shaped for multi-generational connection and impact. We do this through thoughtful liturgical planning and regular opportunities for “Godly Play.”
-
Fellowship
Community thrives when we find connection in service, work, worship, and simply being together. We gather every Sunday at around 11:15am, following the 10am Worship Service to help maintain connection, along with other opportunities through the week.
-
Labyrinth & Peace Park
The outdoor labyrinth and prayer park is located between Bethany College and Messiah Church. Available 24/7 to all, it is well used throughout the community.
